Vanilla Oak Soap

Here is a new soap that just finished curing to a gentle and nourishing bar of wonderful handmade soap. Vanilla oak is a sensual blend of warm vanilla mingled with oak, cedar, patchouli and musk. This is a perfect soap to start out the fall season with :)

Vanilla Oak is vegan friendly and made to be a light moisturizing bar of soap. This soap is made with skin loving grape seed oil, sweet almond oil, olive oil, sunflower oil, and coconut oil for a wonderful fluffy lather.

I am really enjoying how the swirl pattern turned out. This soap is colored with all natural pigments and topped with a touch of gold mica. A great soap to start your day in the upcoming cool weather.

Fresh Soaps

Here are two newly created soaps that just came out of the mold. I made these soaps using Coconut milk and Cocoa butter to moisturize and soften your skin. This recipe creates such a wonderful creamy and bubbly lather. These soaps will be finished curing in around four weeks. The first is called Chocolate Romance, a delicious blend of Dutch Cocoa and Rose. The second soap is a clean and fresh blend of Lavender and Peppermint Essential Oils. Cant wait to try them :)

I am going to be listing soy wax tart melts to the shop very soon. here are some previews. They will be sold 4 for $3.50. They are very fragrant and will fill your home with smelly goodness.

New to the shop! Blueberry Lemon Meringue Pie Coconut Milk Soap :)

Just posted this delicious soap to the shop today. Ripe sweet blueberries mingle with creamy lemon meringue pie. Poppy seeds help exfoliate and soften skin.

Its so yummy!

I am back!!

My etsy shop is back open :) after what I thought was going to be a short maternity leave it has been over a year! My son Isaac was born in April of 2012. Things where not going so well after he was born. He was struggling with breathing and holding good oxygen levels. It was thought he may have had pnemonia from being born via c-section and possibly swollowing fluid.

When he was nine days old it was discovered he had a heart defect known has TAPVR. He needed to have open heart surgery the very next morning. We spent the next month in the hospitial while he healed and recovered from surgery. He was over a month old when he was able to come home. The next few months after where filled with doctors visits, visiting nurses and letting our little guy heal. To say the least it was busy and crazy. I also had to go back to work full time :(

Now that things have settled down and Isaac is a beautiful and very healthy 15 month old baby, I decided to open my shop back up! Yay!!
